Do I need to use a program for it?

You will download our InstaPanel Pro workspace extension which can be found then from google sheets extensions menu.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your data will remove from our servers and panel at your next invoice date and you’ll lose access to the panel.

Do I need to know coding?

Nope. We’ve made sure the panel is super easy and straight forward to use. If you combine the panel also with our Notion planner, you can move the data from sheets to Notion effortlessly.

Is this panel safe to use?

Yes. We’re storing any sensitive data on google cloud servers and ALL data can be managed by you. We only store details like your license key, email address and access token information.

Can I expect updates?

Definitely. We’re committed to add more functionality to the panel but as of now it is limited to a few different crucial functions.

Are refunds possible?

If you’re unhappy with the product you can ask for a refund if your purchase is within the past 14 days.

What you need to know

Is this bundle seperate from other sky bundles that were available?

This is the only bundle we offer currently and it is a combination of 2 of our sky bundles we offered in the past.

How To Install The Skies?

The pack comes with installation tutorials so you don’t have to worry about that.

Do I Need Any Programs?

Ideally you naturally need a program that supports layers.

The sky replacement tool in Photoshop 22.0< is very quick and easy to use and it now support bulk uploading as well.

The bundle comes with step by step tutorials on how to replace skies in Photoshop.

Feel free to use the skies in whatever way you like. I use them often in 3D renders and the intro video you saw was actually created in Cinema 4D.

What's the resolution of these skies?

These skies are very high res. Each horizontal sky has a resolution of 7562×4252 and the skies are already prepared to be used as they are.

All of us have different taste for colors so I’ve included the original TIFF files so you can adjust the colors accurately to your liking.

Keep in mind that TIFF files are quite big and take a lot of space from your hard drives.

Are refunds possible?

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds can’t normally be given. We always want you to be happy BUT if you are EXTREMELY unhappy with your product, contact us here

Can these skies be used in other programs than Photoshop?

100%. After all these are just image files. You decide what you use them for.

The tutorials provided cover only Photoshop though.

How To Install The Brushes?

The bundle comes with installation tutorials so you don’t have to worry about that beforehand.

Can the courses be downloaded?

Due to piracy and copyrights we’ve decided to make our courses only available on our platform online.

You can download the Kajabi app and access the courses on mobile but you will always need an internet connection to be able to watch our lessons.

Do the courses have subtitles?

Our courses do not have subtitles but one of Michelle’s courses “Master my workflow” is created both in english and german.

If you wish to change the language of that course at any given time, feel free to reach out to us.

What is the resolution of the skies?

Each horizontal sky has a resolution of 7562×4252 and the skies are already prepared to be used as they are.

All of us have different taste for colors so I’ve included the original TIFF files so you can adjust the colors accurately to your liking.

Keep in mind that TIFF files are quite big and take a lot of space from your hard drives.

How do the overlays work?

Our light overlays work with blending modes which is a feature in a lot of different editing programs both on mobile and computer.

In most programs all you have to do is to set the blending mode of the overlay to “Screen” and then you can mask any unwanted areas away if your program supports it.

Which version of photoshop do I need?

Any version above Photoshop CS6 is fine.

Keep in mind that only the brushes require Photoshop. Our other tools like the skies and overlays can be used in any program you want to.

Can I customize the brushes?

All the brushes can be modified however you want in the brush menu panel.

Are refunds possible?

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds can’t normally be given. We always want you to be happy BUT if you are EXTREMELY unhappy with your product, contact us here

Can the brushes be used in Affinity Photo or Lightroom?

Our brushes are only compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and newer versions.

Which program do I need?

The Light Collection pretty much can be used in all programs or apps, that are based on layers. The only option you will need to be able to use them is setting the blending mode to “Screen”. Examples for that are Photoshop, Gimp, Picsart, Photoleap and many more.

What about refunds?

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for digital products!

How do I receive the overlays after purchase?

After buying the Light Collection you can directly download the zip file with our overlays.

I can't find my overlays anymore - what do I do?

To avoid this situation we’d of course always encourage you to double save the files on different hard drives BUT in case of you not being able to find them just make sure to send us an email HERE including your purchase details and order number so that we can resend the files to you.

Are the overlays customizable?

Since they are normal JPEG or PNG files you can easily adjust the colors, shape and placement of them. You can also erase certain part if you prefer a different look.
