After purchase you will always receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder for this email since sometimes it gets lost there. If you have accidentally bought products with 2 or more accounts, please contact us here so we can add everything to the same account. Login here to access your products.

You can change your password at any time from HERE. You just have to remember your login email address.

We offer refunds for our video courses only. You can ask for a refund if it has been less than 14 days since your purchase and you have completed less than 20% of the course.

We are very strict with this rule and there are absolutely no exception to this ruling.

No. You have lifetime access to all courses you have purchased within your personal account. Feel free to watch lessons whenever, wherever, with whatever.
You will maintain lifetime access to all courses you have purchased on my old platform. Only downside is that you will not be able to enroll to any future courses through the old platform. IF you want your account to be moved, please contact us through the form below.
