Refund Policy for Jumi Creative
At Jumi Creative, we believe in providing high-quality digital products and courses to our customers. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a customer may request a refund.
If you have enrolled in one of our courses and have finished less than 20% of it, we offer a refund. To request a refund for a course, please email us at email@example.com.
Due to the nature of digital products, once the order is completed and the product download link is sent, we do not issue refunds. This is due to the immediate access to digital products. However, we do honor requests for refunds under the following conditions:
Specific terms stated on a specific digital product: Some of our digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund based on a satisfaction guarantee.
Non-delivery of the product: In case you do not receive a delivery email from us due to some mailing issues with your email provider or your own mail server, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of order placement.
Download and unzipping issues: If you encounter problems while downloading or unzipping the product, claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days.
Major defects: Although all our products undergo thorough testing before release, unexpected errors may still occur. If you experience any major defects, you should contact us immediately. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours.
Product not-as-described: If you believe that the product you purchased is not as described on our website, you should report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase. Evidence must be provided to support your claim.
