Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because digital products are available immediately, refunds work a little differently than for physical goods. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.
Video courses
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course. Email contact@jumicreative.com with your order email address.
Digital products
Skies, brushes, overlays, eBooks and templates are delivered instantly, so we do not refund them once the download is available. We do refund or fix your purchase in these cases:
- Not delivered: you did not receive your product or the delivery email. Tell us within 7 days of your order.
- Download problems: the files will not download or unzip. Tell us within 7 days.
- Defective product: a file is broken or does not work as described. We will fix it, usually within 72 hours, or refund you.
- Not as described: the product is clearly different from its description on our website. Tell us within 7 days and show us what is wrong.
- Product-specific guarantee: if a product page promises a satisfaction guarantee, that promise applies.
We cannot refund problems caused by third-party software, for example an unsupported Photoshop version. Please check the requirements on the product page before you buy.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@jumicreative.com within 14 days of your order. Include the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method. For Lemon Squeezy orders, the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. If a product is defective, you always have the remedies the law gives you. See also our Terms and Conditions.
