We only collect the minimum necessary data to provide and operate the Service. We do not track user behavior, store unnecessary data, or use data for marketing purposes.
a. Personal Data
- Email Address: Collected during sign-up to authenticate your account and manage subscriptions.
- License Key: Used to verify your subscription status.
b. Instagram Account Data (via Meta OAuth)
When you connect your Instagram account, we collect:
- Access Tokens (for API authentication).
- Instagram Business Account ID (used for API requests).
- Permissions granted through the following Meta scopes:
business_management: Retrieves the user’s Instagram Business Account ID.pages_show_list: Fetches Facebook Pages connected to the user’s account.instagram_basic: Accesses basic Instagram Business Account details.instagram_manage_insights: Retrieves insights and analytics data from Instagram.
Tokens are securely stored in Firestore and automatically removed when you disconnect your account or cancel your subscription.
c. Google Account Data
- Google Account Email: Accessed via Google OAuth for authentication.
- No other Google account data is stored or processed.
d. Usage Data
- API Requests: Information about the API requests made within the Service. Stored in Firestore
- Saved & Scheduled Requests: Stored in Firestore and accessed within the Service.
3. How We Collect Data
We collect data in the following ways:
- Directly from you: When you provide your email and license key during sign-up.
- Through OAuth Authentication: When you connect your Instagram account via Meta OAuth and grant permissions.
- Automatically: When you interact with the Service (e.g., making API requests).
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the Service: Authentication, API processing, and managing subscriptions.
Displaying Account Information: The Service shows your Instagram Business Account ID for usability.
Customer Support: To assist with technical issues and inquiries.
Security & Compliance: To enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not:
Track or monitor user behavior.
Use data for targeted ads or marketing.
Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data based on:
- Performance of a Contract: Required to provide the Service you signed up for.

6. Data Storage & Security
We use Google Cloud Platform (Firestore & Firebase) to securely store user data.
a. Storage Locations
- Firestore Database: Stores OAuth tokens and user data such as email, license key, API request data, Notion Connection data and automatic emails sent to you.
- Firebase Realtime Database: Stores your account and license status.
b. Security Measures
We implement strong security measures to protect your data:
Access Controls: Restricted data access with role-based permissions.
Automatic Deletion: Tokens are removed immediately when you disconnect your account or on the next invoice date after you unsubscribe.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain user data only as long as necessary:
Active Users: Your data remains in Firestore while your account is active.
Upon Account Disconnection:
- All stored tokens are immediately removed.
- Your Instagram account data is deleted automatically.
Upon Subscription Cancellation: - Your data is deleted on the next billing day after cancellation.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 6 months may be deleted.

8. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell or rent user data. We only share data with:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): For API access and authentication.
- Google Cloud Services (Firestore, Firebase): For secure data storage.
- Stripe & Kajabi: For processing payments securely.
We do not store or process payment information. All payments are handled by Stripe & Kajabi in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
9. Compliance with Meta’s Terms & Policies
Our Service fully complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure compliance with GDPR.
