Terms & Conditions

By installing or using the InstaPanel Pro Google Sheets extension (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon accepting these Terms. You must check a consent box agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before signing up and using the Service. Without explicit consent, access will not be granted.

2. Description of the Service

InstaPanel Pro is a Google Sheets extension that enables API requests and data management from Instagram Business Accounts directly into Google Sheets.

The Service integrates with Meta’s Graph API using the following permissions:

  • business_management (Retrieve Instagram Business Account ID)
  • pages_show_list (Fetch Facebook Pages connected to the user’s account)
  • instagram_basic (Access Instagram Business Account profile details)
  • instagram_manage_insights (Retrieve insights and analytics data from Instagram)

The Service is fully compliant with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

b. Registration & Login

  • Users must register with their email and license key.
  • Explicit consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required before logging in.
  • Authentication is handled via Meta’s OAuth system, and tokens are securely stored in Firestore until users disconnect their account or unsubscribe.

c. Subscription

  • The Service operates on a monthly subscription model with payments processed via Kajabi and Stripe.
  • License Key: Sent via email upon successful subscription.
  • Payments are securely handled by Stripe and Kajabi; we do not store any payment details.

d. Data Handling

  • Tokens are securely stored in Firestore and removed when users disconnect their account or unsubscribe.
  • User data is deleted automatically on the next billing day after cancellation.
  • No user behavior tracking is performed.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Not misuse or interfere with the Service.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to the Service are owned by Visualsofjulius OY.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

6. Termination & Data Removal

a. User Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Data will be automatically deleted on the next billing day after cancellation.

b. Account Disconnection & Data Deletion

  • If a user disconnects their account, all stored tokens and associated data are removed from Firestore.
  • Users may request manual data deletion at any time by contacting contact@jumicreative.com.

c. Service Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if a user breaches these Terms.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for the ongoing month.
  • Users can cancel at any time, and no further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for previous months.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service.

9. Compliance with Third-Party Services

By using this Service, you also agree to the terms and policies of third-party services integrated with InstaPanel Pro:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): Meta’s Privacy Policy
  • Google Services: The Service operates within Google Sheets, and its use is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.
  • Stripe & Kajabi: Payments are handled via Stripe & Kajabi, and all transactions comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

We do not store any payment details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
